When you can cancel

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refuse delivery and then raise return.

How to cancel

• Email support@afylo.com with order ID immediately. If order not dispatched, hum cancellation confirm karenge and refund process start karenge.

Refund for cancellations

• Prepaid orders: refund processed to original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

• COD orders: refund via bank transfer or wallet credit (customer ko bank details deni hongi).

Partial cancellations

• Agar order mein multiple items hain aur aap ek‑do items cancel karna chahte hain, specify clearly. Refund shipping adjustments apply kar sakte hain.
